Sleep Apnea

Sleep Apnea is one of the more common sleep disorders. It is characterized by pauses in breathing or shallow or infrequent breathing during sleep. Most importantly, the individual is often unaware of these breathing difficulties. Symptoms may include:

  • Loud snoring
  • Daytime sleepiness
  • Waking up out of breath and/or with a gasping sensations
