Narcolepsy is a neurological sleep disorder that affects one’s ability to control sleep and wakefulness. It is most commonly experienced as periods of sudden, irresistible sleep that can happen at anytime. Other symptoms include:

  • Excessive daytime sleepiness
  • Cataplexy
  • Sleep paralysis
